Yes, signing in with Google or Apple is required to create cards. This quick OAuth sign-in ensures a personalized and secure experience, and lets you access your card history.
Can I add custom images to my card?
Yes, you can upload your own photos with descriptions (max 50 characters each) to personalize your greeting card and make it unique.
What happens after I create my card?
After clicking 'Generate,' your personalized card is created and hosted on a unique shareable URL. You can send this link to friends and family via email, messaging, or social media. The URL will remain active for approximately 3 days.
Can I choose my own music and effects?
The music and animated effects are included in our beautiful prebuilt templates. Each template comes with carefully selected music and effects that match the occasion. You choose the template, and the music and effects are already perfectly matched.
What are the character limits for cards?
Your card title can be up to 50 characters long, and your message can be up to 300 characters long. This gives you plenty of space for heartfelt messages while keeping cards concise and impactful.
Can I edit my card after creating it?
No, once a card is generated, it cannot be edited. However, you can easily create a new card with your desired changes. Creating cards is quick and free!
How can I view my previously created cards?
You can access all your created cards through the 'My Cards' page (formerly History). This page shows all the greeting cards you've created, along with their URLs and creation dates.
What file types and sizes are supported for photo uploads?
The website supports common image formats including JPG, PNG, and GIF. Each image should be under 5MB in size for optimal performance and quick loading.
